Cars that do low mileage need servicing as much if not more than regular cars. Oil should be changed once a year as too the filter. Plugs and points too get neglected and the gearbox, axle and steering box (if you have one) need their levels checked before you set off on your journeys. Neglecting all those grease nipples - particularly the ones that are harder to get to - can be a costly omission - so get the grease gun out.
